Laval W. Belle
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Laval W. Belle is a respected leader, producer, author, and minister dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through storytelling, education, and service. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Belle brings decades of experience guiding creative and community-centered initiatives that inspire growth, healing, and purpose.

As an author, Belle has written eight educational and inspirational publications, including Kids Journal Through COVID19: United Kids Speak. His work also extends to the stage, having written and co-produced the theatrical musical Love In All the Wrong Faces, adapted from his second book.
​
Belle is the Founder and CEO of Black Minds Matter and the Executive Producer and Co-Writer of Celebrating Black Youth, an inspirational youth talent showcase co-founded in 1995. In 2000, he founded Caring Ministries, a nonprofit organization committed to serving diverse communities and addressing both spiritual and practical needs.

An ordained minister and educator, Belle has taught courses in leadership development and spiritual formation at West Angeles Bible College. He continues to travel nationally, engaging youth and adults through seminars, conferences, correctional institutions, and community forums.

Laval W. Belle remains deeply committed to advancing programs and partnerships that promote hope, reconciliation, and meaningful impact across communities.
